"Part III"
(4) Vote: Please Vote. I can not tell you how important this is. We as Americas are in a Democratic Society, basically we believe in and practice Democracy. Basically, Democracy means we the people of the United States are usually involved in making the decisions of the affairs of this country (mostly through elected officials, but sometimes through special voting elections by American Citizens).
Anyway, if we live in a Democratic society; we have to practice that. Which means we must vote in any as well as every affair (even those that we feel may not affect us) and also we must actually elect officials who care about us. In my opinion, if we want impactful and visible change: vote. I have heard of cases were the people trying to get elected had the absolute worst intentions for us (lookup Louisiana 1991 election).
We have to vote, this may not fully insure us absolute change but it will help (especially on the local level). Mayors, city councilman, and district representatives that are for us will help us greatly in furthering the cause for equality. If we could get people who have our best interest in mind (no matter who) this will definitely benefit us.
(5) Last but not least: We Have To Get Organized.
The only way that we can stand strong, is to Stand United. We have to get organized and as a united front. Not this organized .Vs. that one or Men .Vs. Women, but each of us working together in at least some capacity pushing for change. We have to pool our money, resources, and intelligence together. With organization, we can accomplish anything. Lets get organized today and not just talk about change but actually see it come to pass.
While y'all, this is my two cents. Hope, someone gets inspired or at least an idea from this.
