8 Youtubers for Young Black Males

I did this list a few months ago. However, the list and ideas did not go as well as I wanted. So this is a new and old list. Some are new and some are old.

This blog post is a idea that come from a previously posted piece done by Cee Milan of Blavity.com. The item was 8 US and Canada YouTubers to help you find your inner #CarefreeBlackGirl.

Therefore, that gave me the idea to do one for Young African-American Males. We need inspiration, motivation, and knowledge to achieve success. There are not a lot of Black Male YouTubers, but the ones that are on this list are chill and impactful. Let's get into the list.

1. Kaelin Edwards

This Young Brother is out of Bakersfield, CA. The Youngest Brother of YouTube comedy genius Kevin Edwards Jr., Kaelin followed his brother's footsteps to become a YouTuber. Kaelin is a deep believer in GOD and he uses faith to accurately live his life.

A college student and blogger, Kaelin is a young Brother that reminds me of myself. He uses comedy, great advice, and real issues to share his life with the world. Kaelin Edwards has two channels so just follow the links or search his name on YouTube.

Follow Kaelin Edwards on Twitter at https://twitter.com/KaelinKEdwards

2. Original Man Visions

Another Young Brother of faith, Bother Ben X (Original Man Visions) is a great inspiration. A diligent student of the Nation of Islam. I have been following Brother Ben for a minute and he is always getting better. Brother Ben is also a great Videographer and he has a basketball project called Ball or Die.

You can also follow Brother Ben on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BenquanX

3.   360 Wave Process

A Young Brother who has constantly killed the game Rashaad is in my opinion the best waver on YouTube. A college student and knowledgeable dude, Rashaad is actually the Brother who introduced me to Dr. Boyce Watkins videos. In addition, Rashaad teaches Brothers how to make money and how to be a better athlete (Track & Field).

Last, going back to what made him famous, Rashaad teaches Brothers how to obtain waves. With clear instruction and good advice, if you can't get waves from his videos then something is probably wrong with your hair.

You can find Rashaad on Twitter at https://twitter.com/360WaveProcess

4.  Elliot Hulse

https://www.youtube.com/user/elliottsaidwhat

Maybe one of the first people I ever started to consistently watch on YouTube, Elliot Hulse is a fitness expert and a philosopher. Elliot Hulse combines fitness, advice, and his own personal views on life into a YouTube that is packed with a variety of videos.

Particularly in his recent videos, Elliot has been giving advice and personal life details to his channel. For inspiration, advice, and just real talk (no holding back) go checkout Elliot Hulse.

5. Dontae's Boxing Nation

https://www.youtube.com/user/Dontaesboxingnation/featured

I am a huge sports fan. Further, I am a huge boxing fan, and this a one of my favorite channels on YouTube. Mr. Dontae Williams interviews and stays on the pulse of everything boxing. In addition, not only does Dontae talk about boxing, but he also talks about race in boxing and the roe it plays I the sport. Dontae's Boxing Nation is without a doubt one of my favorites.

6. Nerdy Mafia 101

https://www.youtube.com/user/NerdyMafia101

I found this YouTube channel just searching randomly online and this channel has been nothing but enlightening. I not sure if the channel is associated with Dr. Umar Johnson, however it has a lot of his teaching on the site. Further, it explains the history of racism and the logic behind many tactics used now.

In addition, it tells nothing but the truth. This is a pure Black Movement that preaches logic and does not go soft. You may not agree with everything on this channel or any channel that I listed, however this YouTube channel is without a doubt worth a look. Go check it out!!!

7. The Advise Show

https://www.youtube.com/user/TheAdviseShowTV

This is the only news channel that I watch. Fox, MSNBC, and all the other channels were just created to divide. The channel share no real news, and don't talk about the success or troubles of the black community.

Therefore, I watch this channel because it gives a good amount of everything (Positivity, but also accountability). Go check it out, may not like every video or the title, but a lot of it is straight facts.

8. Malcolm X Network & Malcolm X Revenge

https://www.youtube.com/user/antihostile/videos
https://www.youtube.com/user/MALCOLMSREVENGE

Found these channels a couple of months ago. These channels bring you videos from the great Malcolm X. A excellent library of videos and knowledge that is a great tool for young brothers like us to learn from.

It also shares current events new and shows how Minister Malcolm was right about everything that was to come. Go check these two channel out.

RIP Mr. Dick Gregory

Mr. Dick Gregory was much more than a comedian. To simply say he was a comedian would almost water-down his greatness. The greatness in which he used a comedic style to educate those of various generations and philosophies. Mr. Dick Gregory was a man of intelligence, sophistication, and humor. Mr. Gregory was a truth seeker and one whom understood that a man must always investigate the conspiracy as well as facts written in the open to truly get a possible understanding of this cryptic world. Baba Gregory understood the importance of health and taking care of one's body. He understand the importance of a healthy spiritual life, and having a true connection with the one true universal GOD. And, the importance of being aware of our ancestors whom came before we all did. Furthermore, Mr. Gregory understood the importance of mental awareness, and the idea to continue to read and learn throughout the journey of life. Mr. Gregory activism and platform is beyond great, and very ...

RIP Muhammad Ali (The Greatest)

As you have heard the sad news by now, the great Muhammad Ali has passed on. He was laid to rest yesterday. When I say passed on, he has moved on to another journey. To another place to inspire, love, encourage, and communicate without bounds or limits. Mr. Ali is free yet again. I don't have to say what Mr. Ali meant to me. Just from past articles, tweets, and videos, you guys already know what he meant to me. He was a inspiration, hero, mentor, and someone to look up to and listen; learning and hanging on to has every word. Even if those words were 50 years old, they still hold relevance to this very day. I am keeping this post short, because no true words can describe what he meant to me, to all of us. However, I will end this post like this. Heroes are remembered, but legends never die. Therefore, he was the greatest legend ALL-TIME. And, he will live on as long as WE as a PEOPLE are still ALIVE!!!!! Rest Easy Champ!!!!!!!
"#TheFlagMustGo" Growing up, I have seen the Confederate flag so many times I could not count. As, a Young age I knew the Flag was wrong. Then, as I got older I was about to study the origins as well as the very people who created, represented, and coveted the flag; I truly had my answer: The Flag Must Go. Before, I give my opinion; I am going to give y'all unmistakable and unarguable facts. In 1861, politician William Porcher Miles designed the flag. As I studied the very man who created the "confederacy flag." I wanted to understand his doctrine and beliefs. I wanted to see what he wanted to create, pass-down, and strength who's cau...
