Hi, y'all tell ya brother when he's late. I forget this is the new month post (been so busy), so today let's do the B.O.T.M.

I thought long and hard about what this month's book would be about. However, as I thought about what we're going to be doing this week and beyond I decided to choose the greatest book " ALL-TIME."

As school has started for you and things will be hard, you will need strength. Especially, if you are in college and are taking a class like Western Civ., the class is always challenging religion. Therefore, challenging your key values in life. Meaning, if your faith ain't strong; you will be lost spiritually in college. Possibly, for the rest of your life. That's why I want to tell you to build your faith right now, so that your spiritual compass doesn't get lost in a new setting. Even if your in high-school, because there is no prayer in public school and because church is not "cool" you could lose your relationship with GOD (Your LORD & SAVIOR)!

Therefore, this month's book of the month (Heck, book for the rest of your life) is the B.I.B.L.E.

Please y'all, rather your in high-school or college read the BIBLE and live the words that are in the book. Specially as a Young Brother I advise you to read the Book of Proverbs. This was a chapter in the BIBLE created solely for Young Brothers like Us. Many people call it the book of wisdom.

In closing, read the BIBLE daily. 15 minutes with the word of GOD can drastically change your life. Wake up 15 minutes earlier in the morning and let praying as well as reading the BIBLE be the first thing you do in the morning.

I'm praying for y'all and hope that GOD Blesses & Favor Us All.

Sincerely,

The Brown Brother

FASFA

I try to explore different topics and ideas to discuss/share on the blog. While going through some papers and looking through some stuff, I remember that I forget to write about this topic. Therefore, today we are going to talk about FASFA. First, you may ask, "What is FASFA." FASFA is federal aid or money for going to college. Although they said "federal aid", it is basically tax that is set aside for students who want to go to college, but need money to help pay for college. FASFA is available to students who have need and are looking to attend college (certificate program, associate degree, or 4 year degree). You need to fill out FASFA every year. FASFA should be filled out by any and every student. It is something that will without a doubt helpful in paying for school. A simple summary is basically this: (1) Wait until you or parents file Income Tax (2) Go to this website- https://fafsa.ed.gov/ (3) Create a account (4) Fill out all of the informat...
Hi, my Brothers; I have not posted anything in a couple of days. I was going to write about something different today. However, I saw this video and I had to share it. The anger and outrage I have can not be calculated because this video is too outrageous to believe. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJhIN0gUN30 The video link above will direct you to Youtube. Where it shows a video of four Young Brothers being harassed and thrown out of Walmart. It further shows one of the Young Brothers being arrested. They were not harassed and then arrested for Robbery or Theft; but for "JUST HANGING OUT AND SHOPPING TOO SLOW." Yes you heard me, for going to slow in the store. Now this I can't believe. Maybe something else will come out and show otherwise. However, if this was the Young Brothers only "behavior"; then this arrest and event is truly hard to believe. For anyone who has ever grown up in any city in the world, you know summer are boring. Now, ...
