Today fifty years ago, was one of the saddest days of American History; the death of Malcolm X. However, today is #MalcolmX50; which is basically the anniversary of the great man, leader, and example. Malcolm X was a exceptional individual that efforts, mindset, and leadership can never be duplicated. Born in 1925, Malcolm X's mission in life was to advance and protect civil rights. He was a figure that everyone could lean on for support and strength. Today, I want to take time and personally talk about the icon that has had a impact in my life. From study his speeches, book, and interviews; I have gotten the blessing to understand his goals and use his excellence as motivation for my life.
